It may come as no surprise to people, but large gatherings of people aren’t really allowed in Annapolis at the moment. Back in July we made a decision not to have a 2021 Burns Supper in order to preserve the health and well-being of our friends, family and fellow Scots.
Robert Burns himself died of complications of Rheumatic Fever, a respiratory disease that killed hundreds in his day annually. This particular pandemic is killing thousands daily.
Therefore, we wish you all a Merry Christmas, a Happy Hogmanay, and extend our warmest prayers for your health and happiness in the coming year. We shall see you in 2022!
